What are the must-haves?

PH let me borrow some last year-I still have them...

I wanna get the lake placid course one...

But for getting better and kicking ass next tri season-what are the recommendations?

sorry, my idea of Spinervals is to watch "300" on my DVD player. Lots of blood and guts gets me pumpin!

I've got three but have only used 1/3 of one so far.
Timesaver has one technique and 2 interval workouts lasting about 30 minutes each. I've only tried the technique one.
I also got Hillacious and Uphill Grind for X-Mas. These scare me a bit though I imagine I'll be popping one in over the next couple of weeks.

I have hillacious, and a speedwork and "tough love". I also have an aerobic base builder. I LOVE my spinnervals.

Hillacious should be called Hellacious, but it's an AWESOME workout and only 55 minutes or so.

The speedwork one is really hard too and only 45-50 minutes. I love that I can get in a really tough quality workout in less than an hour.

Tough love is 3 hours. I have only done the first 90 minutes. Tgirl this one you should definitely get. It is hard too.

Coach Troy does lots of intervals and it makes all the workouts go by fast. I put it on with "no music" selected, then play some music as well.
