So I have an Amazon gift certificate burning a hole in my virtual pocket. I'm thinking it's time to get some Spinervals DVDs. (Actually, it's more about my new location than it is time.)

At any rate, I'd love to get recommendations for favorite Spinervals. I'll be starting out by re-building base, but I figure it could be useful to newbs and lurkers alike to amass a batch of Spinerval recommendations for various goals.

So what are your favorite Spinervals and why. Are there any that stay on your shelf? Or ones that live in your DVD because they're so darned awesome?

Any and all insights are appreciated.

Thanks muchly!

My favorites are:

Uphill Grind (45 minutes of hills)

Suffer o Rama (Lots of intervals, can't remember if this is 50 or 60 minutes)

Sprinting Machine

Hillacious

I have abase building one that I never do. I prefer to do the really intense ones 2X week in the winter and I am definitely ready to rock and roll in April when I get back out on the roads!

I like Hillacious too. The Timesaver series are good too when you only have 30 minutes to fit in a ride. I know he has a whole bunch of new ones that look pretty interesting. Check out Coach Troy's website and Facebook page to get the run down on these.

I have:

Suffer-O-Rama (50 minutes)

Uphill Grind (45 min)

Zoot Challenge (40 min).

They are all good, hard interval type workouts. We also have aero base builder I,II, and III. These are 90 minutes of more aerobic stuff.
