I need to bike today. Should I go to spin class or get on my trainer at home?

I'm worried that if I say I'll do it at home, I really won't. I'm easy to talk out of stuff once I get home.

I KNOW! Because, HONEST TO GOD, I was going to go to Spin at 11:00 am today, over my lunch, but I got stuck at my desk. Now I have to fit it in somewhere else.

I am however, looking forward to your text in the morning to get me up to run in the AM!

Being the competitive person that I am. I would say wait till you get home. Because then the chances of you not riding the trainer is a little higher. And team "L" is way behind team "N".

Yeah, I should probably go to Spin. Good call on doing the one I'm more likely to do.

Frickin' work got in the way of my class earlier.
