I lost my notes...don't feel well-have to teach tomorrow.

I have all sorts of good music, so that's not much the problem...

I have no idea what my class focus will be.

Someone please post links to the good "spin ideas" sites.

I kinda maybe want to do hills or intervals or both...

I need direction. I need my hubby to bring me my meds.

at the moment? lol

take what you want to play, go to your trainer, play the music lower than class levels and ride yourself through it. You can make notes on where you want to go, but knowing you I wouldn't map out the first class. You'll miss a whatever and throw your self off.
Just take a basic plan of superset intervals or timed hills.
Go down to the trainer (this is not a workout). listen for your music for time and form a plan.

I know it's hard to breathe. Rest assured everyone's first class is awful I mean wonderful

Tithers, perhaps this is too late as I don't know what time your class is/was scheduled. But if it's not too late, I offer this advice...

Keep it simple.

I find that sometimes the simplest profiles are the ones that work best. I know I posted a few here a while back. There's also www.turnstep.com and www.pedal-on.com.

Good luck.

Awww, thanks Melis! I've been playing here a lot less the past month or so. Life took some unexpected twists and turns... and all of them were bad ones. Thanks for your note. It made me smile.
