Word of advice. When people get into these close quarters two things set in. The "us vs. them", no not the site bullshit, but the group think. Of course everyone thinks like us, and if they don't they're ijits. Insularity breeds contempt. Insularity breeds the expert opinion, insularity breeds extremism - political correctness, cliques, whatever. And the slightest slight will set people off. "Can you believe what HE said..."</p>

<p>The other thing that sets in is the shit disturber mentality. Sort of like, "Gee, I wonder what would happen if I invited Brute over..." (Kenyan... you still have some 'splaining to do). </p>

<p>Sometimes people need to take a step away from the keyboard, visit families, orient themselves on things that really matter. </p>
