I've got a triple and it looks like these were done with a double. I take it I just substitute my two biggest rings (50/39) for his two rings (53/39), correct?<br><br>
Excellent post BTW. Of course, by the time I get a trainer it will be time to ride outside.

Thanks John. I'm so excited to have some specific workouts to do on the trainer. Thanks to you and Thor and all the others who have given me advice on how to make the most of my indoor cycling.
