by a tight soleus? Well, I am doing something that has made a ton of improvement just this week. The thing about it is, I want to end my life when Im doing it. <img alt="sad2.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad2.gif"><br><br>
(First off, TJOCF told me this one) You can do it while sitting at your desk. Cross your leg so that the soleus is situated on your knee cap. Massage the soleus WITH the knee cap. It will hurt. Alot. But then when you're done, do a good soleus stretch. After a few days, it will be lessened and be stretchier. My legs as a whole have improved since Istarted this.
