I've added a section to one of my running spreadsheets for "Actual Points Earned" and "Points Entered."<br><br>
My loop is .765 and I typically run anywhere from 5 to 9 laps so I get multipliers that aren't even. So now, none of that rounding up or down shit... no sirreeeee... I can make weekly adjustments and get every frigging point possible!!!!!<br><br>
OK, maybe this is more OCD than addiction??<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad2.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="sad2"><br><br>
Is there a 12 step program for this?

I like to compete and I am finding that being involved with VRAA will encourage me to increase my weekly exercise and that's one of the reasons I joined.

I did not do VRAA last round, because I found myself making too many adjustments to my already full workout load - But what VRAA does make me do is Core workouts to get the extra points - And I need help in that area.
