Actually I DID shovel for fitness. Since I'm currently injured (hamstring woes), I figured a good hour or so of standing, squatting, twisting and lifting with the snow outdoors would be an excellent core plus low-intensity cardio workout. My college-aged son (who's going back to school tomorrow) came outside to offer to take over and use the snowblower, but I told him to go back in and just chill, since I was enjoying the workout. But it's OK, my body will still get the benefits even though the team won't. <span><img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"></span></p>
