Mike, a 22-miler without much stress is damn good regardless of pace. I've been ignoring my Garmin lately when I run too (I bury it underneath my long sleeve layer), and I see what my pace is when I finish. Since I'm not training for anything, I have no preset pace I want to hit. Some times I'm surprised how fast I ran, sometimes I shocked how slow. But it's all good right now.

Dove, I hope the 5K was a good experience for you. With all the rain we've had in the past month, it had to be super soggy out there.

Nice 14 John, even if they were Tammy-less. Good luck tomorrow gobi.
