Today's a rest day for me, so that's my excuse. What's yours?

Glad to see you back, Opie. Hope the MRI shows positive news.

Can't wait to hear how Dove's done on her 24 hr race!

Will go for a hike after brunch with DH, who's recovering from sciatic nerve problems. Trout season opens in one month, so I'm pushing him to get out and about more to rebuild his strength in the affected leg. Already he's the oldest of his fishing buddies, and the most out of shape at the best of times, so he needs to work on this if he has any hope of keeping up. But he doesn't take well to anything that hints of nagging, so I'm trying to be careful in the encouragement department. And Liam, he gets gout on occasion as well. Finds the black cherry juice definitely helps.

Have a glorious day everyone!

Morning all. Church early, lunch, NCAA basketball. Rest day as I think I have 82 miles scheduled next week in 6 days.

No - I'm not running Bostno this year. Will run OKC a couple weeks later. I think I'm done running Boston. I've run it twice and there are so many other options available.

Glad you got in a run too Pirate

Hey Tom. See if you can enlarge the pic. Some of us old timers are having a hard time seeing the new grandbaby. :) I bet she's a cutie.
