Attention veterans: There is a new level of badassery for the badest of badasses. Make sure to closely check the scale.

As the holiday break draws to a close, we're preparing the get the VRAA rolling again in the new year. The next round, VRAA #6, begins next Friday, January 4. There are two things we need to know:

First, and most importantly: Are you playing this round? The next race is a fixed time period of 31 days: Jan 4 (Fri) - Feb 3 (Sun).

Second: How much of a badass will you be? (Levels of badassery.) For the sake of allowing me to form reasonably fair teams, give me a prediction about your level of badassery. Keep in mind that most people underestimate how productive they'll be ... factor in cross-training and such when you estimate. Keep in mind, this is only an an estimate. We won't chastise (too much) for sandbagging.

If you are new to Kickrunners, or to the VRAA, gameplay is simple. Once you are done with your workout for the day, you post your score in the daily thread here in the VRAA forum. You need not be present each and every day to play. You can come here periodically to post your results. Know that you will be a part of a team that is depending on your participation. Everyone is encouraged to join, no matter your level of badassery.

To find information on all things VRAA, start here at the Welcome page.

Key dates:
Jan 2: Registration closes
Jan 3: Teams drawn and announced
Jan 4: Game begins

If you have questions, please ask in the Questions, Answers, and Discussion thread. Or PM directly to me.

I look forward to another round of VRAA badassery. Sign up in this thread.

Sincerely,
