Anybody have any dealings with customer support at Sigma Sports?

I have a wireless computer that quit working after 3 months of using it. After about two weeks since I tried to contact them I got a response. I tried what they suggested and it still didn't work.

They just sent me a message to send the computer and sensor in for repair and or replacement.

According to their web site they have replacement guarantee within two years of manufacturing and five years if you still have the proof of purchase. Sound like a great warranty. I am sending it off tomorrow.

The bad thing is I will be without a computer on my upcoming tri.

I might be better off not knowing how slow I am going.

In sprints I turn off my computer. At IMFL my computer didn't work.

If anyone around here understands your metrics-free-pain it's me, gadget-whore that I am.

BUT, let's step back a second. Will it make you go faster? No. Will it possibly mess with your head? Yes. Forget it.

For sprints in particular, the toys are for a post-race-review only not during. Simple Ronbo Rules For Sprints
1. If you can breathe, go faster.
2. If it doesn't hurt, go faster.

Remember, it'll all be over soon...

Good luck!
