I'm 6'2" 205# and wear either Brooks Adrenaline or Asics Kayano - I rotate 'em and usually wear my Brooks on long runs (they're a bit lighter).<br>
I get ~275 miles from either brand - then I notice my knees tend to get a tad sore. Since I have a history of bumb knees, I don't give it a chance to manifest itself into anything more serious. Would love to get more miles and save some $cake$, but I prefer running on healthy knees.<br>
