I am 200#<br><br>
I use Asics 1100s (I buy'em in bulk when they are on sale)<br><br>
I get 700+ miles out of a pair<br><br>
I usually could get more miles, but the oder becomes the determining factor<br><br>
I have went through 6 pair (4 still in service) in the last 11 months = 4,281 miles - 2 are becoming ripe, so it is about time to take 2 ponies out and add 2 new ponies.

My stank has to do with on any faster long run - I sweat through my shoes (Leave sweat footprints on the roads) This is why I rotate 4 pair at a time - If you let you shoes fully dry out before you use them again you get more life out of them.

Keith - That is why I have stuck with the same shoe series - When last years model goes on super cheap clearance - I buy 8 pair. I run @ 5000 a year - I got 8 pair last September and I just put the last 2 into service (I rotate 4 pair at a time) - I should be good through December.
