I get a new pair well past the 300 mile mark, but that's because my husband cringes when he sees how much they have cost me. I wear Brooks Glycerins and can feel how much they are worn by how my legs feel. My legs were wrecked for weeks before I finally broke down and bought a new pair. They were very close to 400 miles. Maybe 375 miles. Not very smart...but oh well...
