Well I am heading into the final 2 weeks before surgery. i did 20 miles last week and played ice hockey. I am really missing working out though. the running is good, but the workouts were awesome. I am not going to be able to get near 20 miles this week because of family but i am ok with that, the following week i should be able to knock it out.<br><br>
my weight has stabilized for now. I still have a goal of another 20 lbs, but i know that won;t come until i can start the workouts again.<br><br>
until then, its going to be a battle, but i plan on at least walking a lot after surgery and starting early on my rehab.<br><br>
hows everyone else doing?<br><br>

ive been super motivated by the previous VRAA, active co-workers, and the reward of getting new running shoes. however, the weight has not budged.<br><br>
i started a weight training program this week so that should get the scale moving a bit.<br><br>
and my doc told me today that when i loose 10 more pounds, i we can discuss coming off the BP meds! woohoo!
