As we wrap up the first challenge and move on, making this a weekly challenge so that everyone and anyone can get involved, I wanted to thank those who have participated. You have been an inspiration for me and it has really helpled keep me motivated as well as give me a reason to get into better shape.<br><br>
I started this challange at 196#'s, 37 inch waist. That put me at 19% BF. My goal for the 8 weeks was to loose 8lbs and 2 inches off my waist.<br>

Where am I at today? Well, I am very pleased with my progress. I met most of the goals that i had set for myself. My weight is 188#'s, My waist is 35.5 and my BF%16.<br>

I started in March of this year at 216#. So I have lost 28 so far, unfortunately, I have 10 to 20 more to go.<br><br>
Here are my long term goals:<br>
Weight 170#<br>
Waist 34"<br>
BF% 14<br><br>
I will continue following my eating habits as they are working and helping me feel so much better than I have ever felt. I will continue to ramp up my running. Currently my long is 6.5 miles, which i plan to at least double, as i think of the plans for the winter. I am going to get my shoulder taken care of and after that I will return to my previous workouts.<br><br>
