So we are half way through this, so its time to look at the progress. My goals were to loose 8 lbs, 2 inches off the waist and body fat to 17%

I started this at 196 lbs and 19% BF and a waist size of 37"

Today I weighed 191.5 my body fat is 18% and my waist size is 36. I seem to be on track for my goals. This is great because i took a whole week off from doing anything.

Last week I ran for a total of 9 miles and did a bunch of situps and squats. Trying variations on the situps has made it enjoyabe as well as challenging.

I am going to start ramping up the running and do more core workouts, my eating wasn't as great as I hoped it would be last week, so their is room for improvement there (like lay off the damn chocolate)

How'd y'all do?

My goal is to lose five pounds. As of yesterday, I lost a total of three. Today it looks like only 2. I really stopped being careful at the end of the week.

My goal last week was 30 miles running; I only ran 24.5 and stationary biked 8. So this week I need to get back on track.

Add those 2 up and you have 32.5 miles

I played hockey last night, so not sure that i am going to run tonight. My daughter has taken an interest in riding her bike with me while i run, i call her my support vehicle

I have lost and then re-gained 3-3.5 lbs twice (so far) on this challenge.
Without the regaining, I'd be at my goal.

Traveling completely screws up my eating, or I should say, I let it do that.

Plus I am totally in a rut.
