Gah! I gained back a pound that I lost. I was really doing alot more exercise last week, too. My goal was to average 45- min to 1 hour of cardio a day. I averaged 50 minutes, so I met my goal. But I didn't do any strength training.<br><br>
This week I am really, really going to start paying attention to my calories.

Ok, my workouts are done for awhile <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"> My shoulder is screwed so i need to rest it. looks like it is going to be lots of squats and situps.<br><br>
I managed to get in some workouts last week though:<br>

Hockey<br><br>
I played over 40 minutes last night. I still feel really good, so my endurance is really good, but my shoulder is hurting today. I need to just take it easy.<br><br>
Bonus for the week, I didn't gain any weight, I stayed the same 193<br><br>
Measurements are the same.<br><br>

My week got better as it progressed. I was traveling Monday and coming back here is always hard for me.<br><br>
I had to do some shuffling but got all my cardio workouts in and by Wednesday I was back on track eating-wise. I slacked a bit on yoga practice so will be more diligent this week. My next weigh-in is Friday morning.

I have been trying to do some cross-training for the last 2 months or so and I have been doing pretty well but I am getting bored with my ab workout.
