<p>0f at the moment with windchills hovering at -15F.  The mercury will drop throughout the day so that the temp will be -15F this evening, just in time for the Mitchell Bowl, the Canadian University Football semi finals here in Calgary between the U of C Dinos and the Laval University Rouge et Or (Red and Gold).  I have tickets, but I don't think I'm up for freezing my butt off.  The cold will still be around for tomorrow morning's run though.</p>

Chinook coming.  Temps will be in the 40's early next week.  Migraine headache alert.</p>

<p>Shake:  We're at about -18 F, with a huge snowfall last night, had to shovel my car out from it's parking space this morning.</p>

<p>Bake:  Now that I am in an apartment, I haven't turned on the heat yet, half the time, I'm walking around in shorts with the window ajar.</p>
