<p>Ha!  I was gonna put that I was at 197 for September (plus elliptical whatever) but now I'm rounding up to 200 <img alt="smile.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies//smile.gif"></p>

<p>I just put down what the totals say, decimals and all.</p>

<p>132.1 miles running from 18 runs</p>
<p>98.5 miles cycling from 4 rides</p>
<p>7.1 miles/80 minutes elliptical from 4 workouts</p>
<p>1350 yards swimming from 1 workout</p>
<p>6.2 miles walking from 3 walks</p>
<p>80 minutes weights/core from 3 workouts</p>

<p>One race - Wilson Bridge Half Marathon, 9/19, 1:32:09 (90 OA, 6th AG, no PR)</p>

<p>Running mileage was lower than planned due to post-race issues after Wilson Bridge. Tough course really punished my body. Recovery needs limited me to only 13 miles the week after the race. On top of that demands at the office left me with 2 "unplanned rest" days last week. All told missed runs probably took 50 miles of my total.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I did cycle a distance PR for a single ride, though, going 45 miles on 9/25.</p>

I'm only posting this cause I'm bored. I'm tired of you guys punking out my measly monthly totals!<br><br>
Only 113.1 miles. Which is up from last month and I'm only running 4 days a week now, so really it is a pretty big improvement for me
