A much lower number of miles this month given my illness, the taper for the Equinox, and the debacle that was the Equinox Marathon.<br><br>

a lot of traveling for work and also being overworked led to:<br>

September was 187.8 miles.<br>
YTD 1296.42, I think ... started a new run log in August and think I'm missing a few runs.<br><br>
Includes a 10k race (with a PR), Reach the Beach Relay race, and Lake Winnipesaukee Relay race.<br><br>

I was pretty happy with September, continued to build up more, ran my first 10K although that race itself was a bit nightmarish, ran a 5K and set a new PR, set new highwater marks for miles in a week, in a month, and in a single run.<br><br>
September 2007: 79.2 miles<br>
5K PR of 29:11<br>
First 10K that took 1:13:30, ugh.<br>
My longest single run yet of 10.6 miles.
