The idea was to run a nice easy pace like last week around 8 minute miles. That lasted 3 miles!!I as I fell into a nice comfortable pace which ended up being closer to 7:30. I picked it up the last couple miles and was starting to get dehydrated as I lost about 7 lbs during the run. Finished in 1:53:39 with 5 mile splits of 39:06, 37:44, 36:49.

I ran 3 loops of my 5 mile hilly course around town in case I needed some water. My garmin said I ran up and down about 1900 ft of hills. Last weeks supposedly flat 17 miles was 2300 so pretty close to the same amount of difficulty.
