I guess we're gonna get hit pretty hard with snow later today.
Woo-hoo !

While it may seem a little silly to cancel school before the first flake flies, I'm actually appreciative that I don't have to do the alternative, which is take the kids to school, monitor the web obsessively for early school closings while at work, and finally make a mad dash from the office to my kids' school in the middle of a snow storm when school eventually does get closed.

Working remotely rocks.

Caito's here !
How're you doin' ?

I remember that too about parking on the street. Almost worse is if you leave your car parked along the street, it snows, the plow come, and bury your car. Fun times.

It's actually two separate storms. We're supposed to get hit on Sat/Sun, too

I didn't enjoy snow very much until we had kids...now it's a blast.

I wish we got snow down here.

Even some slush would be nice.

But we already had our month of winter. It got down to 30 a couple of times.

No, slush would not be nice! Snow is nice. Slush isn't.

Schools closed by 8:00am in CT. Kids are already at school over here in RI. I guess they'll be getting release early.

I think I'll set put those "screw shoe" instructions to use today.

They weatherairheads are predicting the end of the world as we know it, as usual. 2-10 inches of snow! Heaviest during the evening rush hour! Run! Hide! Shop for groceries!
