...Attica! We rescued her from a shelter today. The photo quality isn't great - camera phone in a moving car - and right now she's hiding under my son's bed. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
She's part Siamese, with beautiful blue eyes, short, thick soft fur, and lovely brown, tan, and black patches on cream-colored background.<br><br>
She's named "Attica" because she was found in the attic of an old house, and now she's the new best friend of my eldest son, who lives in our attic. It was destiny!<br><br>
She made us all feel better after a rough visit to the hospital to visit the kids' dad.<br><br>

She's about 1 1/2 years old.<br><br>
One funny thing - her tail is about half the length of a normal cat tail. They don't know if she was born that way, or if it was cut off at some time while she was homeless.<br><br>
She's a cutie.

They haven't yet met officially, although Cheddar caught a glimpse of her before she went into hiding. Right now he's on the floor in the living room, laying on his back with all his junk on display. I guess he's hoping to impress her. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>
Lintu, I don't know about the tail thing yet, but from what I've seen so far she isn't bothered by it. She doesn't seem clumsy, and doesn't mind when we feel her tail.
