Good morning, TEAM LIT!

Don: Way to get it done while traveling. That's how you do it. You just find a time to get 'er done. And you did that.

13.5 mile run early this morning with my TransRockies teammate, his wife (who accompanied us on our trip), and two others. Felt good to get back on roads, though my body absorbed all the pounding. Still a bit sluggish from TRR.

Great weekend, y'all!

49 mile group ride. First ride (and exercise) in a week. Between Irene and a persistent cough that I can't seem to get rid of, it was a bad week. Content to hang at the back for the ride and take it easy ... Lots of catching up to do here (still have to find out how TRR ended up!).

13.4mi...the first 8 were great and apparently too fast. The plan was 16mi, but around 11 my body gave up and I walked the last couple to the car and called it a day. Lots of things within my control went wrong, so I'll rest and recover today and fix things.

That, right there, that's a sign of a champion athlete. Attitude and approach is key. And you obviously have both!

Hi Folks!

Didn't get a chance to post on Friday. Had a great OW swim. The swim feels like it is starting to come together. Very cool feeling. Today is a DOR for me. Had to fast last night and have blood drawn this am. My doctors calls it my 35,000 mile check-up.

Back up and at 'em tomorrow!

Sparty today was just a reminder. You can do 16 but when you don't respect the distance, she'll take you down! It's all good. We all need that reminder from time to time.

For me, a 1 hr tri bike ride decent paced ride turned 2 hrs when I ran into a tri club peep doing hill repeats and sprints, so I rode with him and chatted about his first oly and he was asking about IM Cda, then I hauled ass home afterwards to begin the day with kiddos. When I was actually riding, avg around 20. maybe only 15miles total though
