<p>13m run this morning - was going to do 12, but felt good so went the extra mile. Made sure to get in plenty of hill time, which I definitely feel this evening. I'm experimenting with some different fueling/hydration strategies on the longer runs...going back to gummy bears and trying out pretzels, and back to regular gatorade but watered down a bit. So, for the first hour, just did water when I felt like it, about 7 small pretzels at the 1-hour mark, gatorade when I felt like it during the second hour. Seemed to work!</p>

<p>Followed by a fire station tour, lunch with an old friend, shoe shopping with the kiddos, dinner at Ruby's, and getting the jogger and snacks ready for Race for the Cure tomorrow.</p>
