Ran to Crossfit. No one there. Ran home. Facebook page says no classes today. Ahhhh.... could have stayed in bed. Anyway, 8 miles in the log. Ready to Run 20 miler tomorrow morning... runs the entire length of the Chicago lakefront path. It's an organized training run with aid stations et al. Of course, we always seem to turn it into a race. Hopefully I can pull off m-pace for the last 5 or so miles.

I actually had deer chili once...pretty good I have to admit.

Out for some two-wheelin' this morning, just a little short of 23 miles. I had originally planned to go longer but found out I have a soccer match this afternoon. I'm in a reserve role, probably won't play much but still need to be ready so I'm refueling with some lunch now. Then some stretching, a quick change and I'm off to the field.

BBS - sucks about the dog. Was it a little yappy rat dog? Seems anytime I have issues it's with one of them.
