<p>This morning we have to brave the nasty winds for a trip to the botanical gardens.  At least it's sunny.  May hit up the gym for a, gasp, treadmill 5'er and some weights later today. </p>

<p>Quick evening check-in. Flying to the Virgin Islands in the morning...vacation, ah yes.</p>

<p>Ran long many hours ago...20.5 total, nice and easy.</p>

<p>Not sure what my access will be while I'm in the islands. Taking our new iPad with us, though so chances are good I'll be able to check in.</p>
