Well, I've been MIA lately since this new website is so un-Iphone friendly. So I'm posting this morning before I get in the deer stand. 10 yesterday, probably rest today.

Go Vols! With a win today, they become bowl eligable, which is a lot better than most people picked them to do this year.

Not sure what I'll do today, may just hit the gym for some weights. Depends on DW and DD.

7 mile run from Chastain Park down Tuxedo Road and to the Governor's Mansion and back at 7:30 this morning. There were actually more hills in this run than Thursday's 1/2 marathon. Beautiful day for running though. Temps around 35, sunny skies, very little wind.

Hi RA.

Day 6 of a 10 day self-imposed rest. Some of my FB friends don't believe me but I am enjoying the break! I have no desire to even run. So weird for as intense as I train.

RA - Enjoy your Saturday whatever you do.

4boys - Great run. I can feel the heat all the way in the PNW

Reb - Nice morning jaunt.

Jill - C'mon, level with us. You're going nuts, right!

Dan- I watched the Boise St. game last night and it was quite the shocker.

I got in 5 miles in 39:59(8:00). Nice and cold outside. Hopefully my Utah Utes can beat the BYU cougars. It is a rather intense rivalry game. Should be fun.

Hey everybody. It was chilly today in Music City. Met with some buddies and ran some of their long run with them. 11.36 miles for me (sorry chances).

I'll call it a little over 9 mostly on the Monon trail this morning. I think was in the 20s but with no wind and sunny it was very pleasant and felt good. Nice runs and rest, all, and have a good weekend.

Morning, all. Stunned silence today over the local team's thrilling loss last night. (Thanks for the pat on the head, Dan.)

Hey all

7 m on the perkiomen trail. Slow steady pace with the pup. Temps were cold but once we got moving it wasn't bad and the wind was sporadic. Pup is now sleeping and we are getting ready to go out for dinner. Hope all are having a great weekend.
