<p>I got in a nooner.  6.65 Garmin miles.  Very windy but temps were OK around 50F.</p>

<p>Ugggggg.......  Still nausea like you wouldn't believe.  Headed out anyway, choosing the bike path.  Figured nice flat course would be good.  From the get-go, HR was around 150, I think it maxed at 170.  Mind you, this was an easy "it's good to be alive" longer run.  I ended up walking the last 1.5m.  HR never did get below 110 or so on the walk back.  Just under 7 total.  Need to get with my doctor about it, but I really don't think this medication is worth it.</p>

It was a relatively easy trip up, got up here around 2pm. Spent about 2 hours at the expo and that was more than enough as it was getting a little hectic in there. I did manage to swing by the Saucony shop and snap up a pair of Mirages in emerald green. I've not worn them before but as soon as I slipped them on I was liking them. No surprise really given my addiction to the Kinvaras...Mirages are very similar in design, just a touch more cushy. DW didn't find the Hurricanes she was looking for but her other faves, the ASICS Gel 2160s came through at a nice price.<br><br>
BTW I'll be racing in the Kinvaras tomorrow. Black & gold. <img alt="smile.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
Tonight...just laying low at my brother's house. Considered heading back downtown to meet some other DC folks but would rather just chill here. 4:30 am wake-up call.<br><br>
