Morning all...

Wet and cool here in the PNW. Rain on the forecast for many days so I'd better get used to it. Had a good nights sleep yet still woke at 3:45.

Probably another 27 minutes on tap for today and 30 tomorrow.

Have a great Saturday!

Dan- good luck on the run today. The Nola race is in mid Feb.

No run today. I am on my drawn hunt in Brownsville TN. Attempted my long runyesterday but had too many negatives going for me. Wasn't rested at all since I had to go to work early the night before and struggled to stay awake there, plus it was pretty toasty outside too. I called it quits at mile 15. Hopefully I can have a good week next week and then start my taper the next.

I got out for 9 miles. Probably not a good idea. Temps in the mid 50s. Almost rained.

Where is everyone? I got out for 5 miles at an average pace of 8:36. Now I am getting ready to watch the Utah football team play Notre Dame. I am hoping Utah will whip them pretty good.

Nice job on getting out there this morning.

Late checkin here. This recent inability to post from my phone really has taken down my level of activity around here. I'm often on the go during the weekend and don't have a lot of opportunities to sit down in front of a computer.

I cycled today but it was for even fewer miles than RA ran at about 8. So it goes with these recovery workouts. I may try a little running again tomorrow. It would have been fantastic running weather today at around 50 -- but for biking that is COLD. It took me a half hour to thaw out after even that short ride.

I may try some more running tomorrow.
