A nice long run this morning.<br><br>
14.42 miles in 2:02:53 for an average pace of 8:31. The starting temp was 43 feels like 40, the ending temp was 50 feels like 50.

Tomorrow I'm running a half marathon and the goal is to do it as a marathon pace run, so today is a rest day.

SGH- good luck with your marathon pace run at the Outer Banks. I imagine the ocean scenery.<br><br>
Cool and breezy 40F at 7:30am. Three of us ran a loop of local roads and metroparks paths. About 11 miles in 95 minutes. Cooled down with 4x strides afterwards.<br><br>
I'm craving trails. Maybe tomorrow.

4.5 miles in the afternoon; I think this was my first ever afternoon run since I started running last year.<br><br><b>SGH</b> - Good luck in the half-marathon tomorrow. I hope you have better weather than I had in the OBX marathon last year.

It was pretty cool this morning, especially with the wind (37°F). I ran a 10K in 41:52 this morning. I was pleased with the effort. I was just hoping for sub-42:00 since the course was rather challenging. Good runs all.
