<p>Hopefully ya'll all survived Thanksgiving (and the family stuff, if you have that) and Black Friday. Let the hangover's beginning... wait, no, not just yet. We still have TWO more days!</p>

<p>10 mile run early this morning with a few others. Great run, cold, patches of ice everywhere. Winter is here.</p>

<p>May you survive the malls if you are unfortunate enough to be dragged along.</p>

<p>Thor, nice run this morning.  Definitely cold out there.</p>

<p>Me:  Today was my first day back on the roads.  I did an 18 minute run with my dog this afternoon.  I took it easy and covered around 2.25 miles, all with my heart rate in low Zone 2.  My body is feeling pretty good six days after my first Ironman, I am actually looking forward to getting back to running, biking and swimming. </p>

<p>5 mile easy-pace-but-hilly run for me today.  Probably ought to swim or hop on the trainer, too, but probably won't.</p>

<p>7 miles easy through the hills of the 'hood.  Changed my route mid run thanks to an unleashed unfriendly pit...fortunately there was another runner going the other direction so I think we confused it.  Poor dog looked scared, but I wasn't taking any chances.  Other than that the run felt super easy and fun. Beautiful, cool day.</p>

Nice run, Alicia, except for the dog that is. DOR for me. Would have actually gotten some but for the teething, cranky baby who wouldn't nap. Oh well. At least Matt was here to help. I think I overdosed on starch carbs - grocery shopped the produce section and made humongous salads for dinner.

<p>Early am workout - 1300 yds in the pool FIB weights...then spent the day visiting w/my best friend and her kids...I am tired!  lol</p>
