<p>Core workout this morning.  I need to get at least one mile in today to keep my streak up.  I think it will happen after the kids go to bed.  I hope everyone is having a great workout day.</p>

<p>I was waiting until I got a workout in to post anything.  Yesterday just felt bleck.  Slept in this morning.  Barely made it to work at 10am.  Cold and yucky rain, so much delay before heading out for a run.  15 on the plan.  Mmm... I think not.  So shot for 10.  Just not a whole lot in the tank, no pop in the legs.  10.18, 1:30, 8:52pace  Not sure how this is setting me up for a  sub-1:50 in four weeks.</p>

<p>5 easy TM miles.  20 on tap for tomorrow.  Looks like it'll be mid 20s and windy.  Great.</p>

<p><strong>4boysmom</strong> - Miles in the bag. If it makes you feel any better, my last 10 mile run was at ~8:25pm pace. Try a fartek to get some life in your legs.</p>
<p><strong>Jebba</strong> - sensible joice to streak once the kids are asleep.</p>

<p>Took it easy today, did my 10 miler with DW as her long run. Racing tomorrow (12k) at the lake. Unlike last week's race I'm training through this one, just looking for a good tempo run.</p>

<p>Nice job on the runs so far and hope you get that mile in Jebba.</p>

<p>I waited  until someone else posted today since I managed to start a 2nd thread last Saturday.  Anyway, did a 7.32 mile group run this morning at 7:30 from the Fernbank Science Museum.  Temps in the high 40's with light to moderate rain.  It's days like this I'm thankful I'm in a running group.  I would never have crawled out of bed to go run in the rain on my own.</p>
