For me today, it was day 6 in my no-run rotation week.<br>
I can tell that the bod felt better compared to yesterday's exhaustion, cuz I was able to do the entire kickboxing workout [including plyo blasts and endless tuck jumps...OY!] + the leg drills at the end.<br>
I.wont.be.able.to.walk.tomorrow.<br><br><br>
