Good morning

I am going to hit the trails this morning for an easy 9.

A few of my friends are racing a small 5k this morning and it kinda seems weird to me since I'm usually the one running solo at a race, now I'm the only one not there.

Mom- happy belated!

BBS - enjoy the back 9.

This morning I ended up with just over 10 miles after running into a buddy. High 70s but felt nice since I'm now somewhat used to a 75 degree dew point rather than 55 degree. Feeling a bit off. Maybe it's a reaction to the thought of returning to work on Monday?

Hi everyone. I've been pretty lazy about posting lately. Not sure what I going to do today. I have a blister on the bottom fo my foot, so it'll be something short. Marathon training starts in two weeks. I've decided to run (ahem, walk/run) the Harpeth Hills Flying Monkey Marathon in November.

Hey all, not much for me today - resting the hamstring. I went to my chiropractor this morning to get it worked on and got some inferential treatment (electric pulses) while I was there. Even fast walking feels labored right now, never mind running. It's getting better but still very tight. No specific timetable for getting back out there, just taking it day-by-day.

Nice work out there all.

Well I can't run but I can still walk. 5 miles in the neighborhood with DW this evening. I guess I'll be doing this for a few more days. Didn't feel too bad except on the steeper uphills & downhills. Stretched & iced afterwards.
