It was a really good day. At the New England Masters Track & Field Championships, I got 3rd place in the Men's 45-49 100 Meters, running a 13.39 good for 3rd place - and it was my fastest in 10 years!.<br><br>
Also, in the long jump, I jumped over a foot farther than last week, going 15' 1" for 6th place. My longest in 30 years!<br><br>
