<p>What's the deal folks?  It's close to 2 PM and no one has done anything yet?</p>

<p>OK, Just got back from the gym.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>40 minutes lifting, 30 minutes stationary bike = 8 + 10 = 18 pts, Team 3, Randmart's Redoubtable Rapscallions (since no one came up with anything else....we're still waiting team 3)</p>

<p>An hour on the yoga mat & foam roller = 12 points</p>
<p>2 mile run on the treadmill = 8 points</p>
<p>30 minutes on the stationary bike = 10 points</p>
<p>.25 mile walk on the treadmill = 1 point</p>
<p> </p>
<p>31 points for Team 3 (not too shabby for my rest day, eh?)</p>

<p>Warmest and cleanest [roadwise] run of the week, although it DID start off with a slight breeze right in the face; the kind that tears your eyes up a little so you gotta do a fast-blink to clear them and move along. I had enough sloppy gravelly shoulder to work with pretty much the whole way around, except for a stretch running up to the Two Mile marker. I also figured out where I have to be and when on the stoplight cycle to avoid the "Runners stand there looking pissed" pose crossing back over The Pike.</p>

<p>10k race this morning, plus a 1/2 mile warm up beforehand.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>6.7 miles = 27 pts race bonus = 5 pts 32 pts Team Two.</p>

<p>I entered yesterday's points and todays:</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Fri- 3.75 run + .25 walk warm up- 16 pts and 30 min. weights- 6 points= 24 total</p>
<p>Sat- 4 mile run + .5 walk warm up/cool down= 18 and 5 min stretching- 1 pt- 19 total.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>All for team 2! </p>
