I'll leave the interesting nuggets of information to LRR as he is much better at it. Our standard [email protected] was replaced this morning by a [email protected]. Small group met at a local Starbucks and ran the lake then stopped for coffee. Weather was not like January as it was over 30 at the start of the run. Good social run which is what I needed. Have a great day and enjoy the football.

On this day in 1789, the first US presidential election was held. George Washington was the winner.

12.4 mi on the treadmill in 1 hr 30 min. Entire run was zone 2, with the exception of about 10 min. My distance legs are coming around nicely. Another 1 hour run scheduled for the evening, which should bring me above 20.5 for the day.

Enjoy the weather, tri-peeps! Supposed to hit a wind chill of -55 here tonight! I'm told it was in the 50's in Chicago yesterday.

It is beautiful outside! Though I like it, it leaves me with some sense of concerns about a trend of crazy weather globally.

Still ear clogged with a bit of headache...so opted out to run instead of an early morning swimming (Sat. standard). Eansy 5miles. Felt pretty good. Now thinking to head to a pool sometime in the PM.

Added:; 2000m swim. Got the headache back so cut it short. Missed the Yoga class :(

Happy to report that AdCo made it through the class without coughing up a lung or falling over.

Pack walk with the dogs & DH this evening.
