<p>Remember that "boost" I mentioned yesterday? Well, I took it with me today</p>

<p>I only planned on an easy 4 ... but I ran through the 2 mile turnaround, then the 2 1/2, and when I reached the marker for 2.75 [5.5 on the day] I said to myself "Self. You may as well loop it around and go for the 6.5"</p>

<p>Two hour Yoga workshop focusing on hips and shoulders today = 12 points for team 1.   First time I've felt burned by the cap on alternate workout points;)</p>
