<p>Well, I managed a whole 2.25 miles on the treadmill today, in a slow bouncy gait that was halfway between walking and running, almost like I was on the elliptical. The bike isn't working, so it was either that or nothing. Oh, and about 15 minutes worth of stretching stuff.</p>
