It was supposed to be a day off today, but I got up and weighed myself and am now 20 lbs less than Oct 15, so that motivated me to go run. Just an easy 4 mile run/walk in 45 minutes. I will do a little work until 9 o'clock or so and then head into Smithers to re-stock my snack and pop supplies at the mine.
