Guess it's my turn to get the tread started. Actually, I feel pretty good. I did a new course which turned out to be 7.6 miles -- my longest run of the month. I messed up on my watch somehow so I failed to set a PR for this new course.

Nice work on the 7.6

I am taking some time off from running... well I am trying to...It is harder than I thought, but I think my legs will appreciate the rest. I will start up again on thursday with a long run at a fast pace and see how things work. I will however walk, swim, and bike etc...

Climbed Mount Silverheels (13,822'), near Breckenridge, today. It was a ski mountaineering trip, but the snow was all blown off the mountain, so it turned into a climbing trip while carrying 20lbs of worthless ski gear (builds character I suppose!). Total distance was about 9 miles with about 4000' of gain. Weather was horrendous for most of the day... whiteout blizzard conditions, low visibility, cold temps. Got a little frostbite on my nose, but it looks better now. Good day overall and a fun group of people!

Hope everyone had a great Saturday!
