Good morning. Did a 6.5 mile group run from the Carter Center to Olympic Park and then returned through the Sweet Auburn district and Inman Park area to the Carter Center. A little cool with temps in low 30's, but not bad this morning.

Good morning everyone. I got in another 5 miles in45:03(9:00). I realizded I have not done any speed work for almost 3 months and that is probably why my pace is near 9:00 for everything.

Dan--hang in there!

BBS--should we all stop eating cereal? Hope not because I think my kids would starve.

Ga--sounds like a nice little trot.

fuller--amazing how fast we can lose speed!

Trail run for me this morning. First one ever! Opted for the dog trail as I know it pretty well. Oy! That was hard! It's not really hilly, just all of it is slight up/downhill. Did two laps, then finished it out on the road. Last mile was the easiest. I do prefer pavement. I did get to see the biggest buck I think I've ever seen. Sorry, BBS, he's in the metropark, so no hunting! Son1 rode hill repeats. I think when we do this again, I'll stick to pavement.

4boys - Wow, first trail run ever!? I am lamenting that the trails are getting unrunnable with the snow around here. I would do all my training runs on them if I could.

I had just about the exact the same run as kfuller, 5 in about 45 on the arboretum roads, after 4 on the treadmill after late work yesterday. It was high 30s and I wore shorts with long sleeves & gloves. Next week looks pretty brutal weather-wise. I'd like to get the runs in early, probably is going to mean quite a bit of treadmill.

Kind of ran out of time today, but I didn't want to lose my streak, so just one mile. I tried it barefoot for fun.
