Woke up at 4:30 and couldn't get back to sleep, so did the P90X plyometric workout followed by some light upper body weights. Hoping this will counter some of the goodies at tonight's white elephant party (which I will have to account for in the biggest loser thread).

4000yd group swim workout. I swam in the Lane 5 (second fastest) just because I was the fastest in Lane 4 and there were too many there. There were some (lazy or injured) fishies who should belon to Lane 6 (fastest) there and I felt horribly slow, well it is a fact I am slow. Anyway. Got it done. Yoga later. Boys went camping with a future Boy scout troop DS was interested in joining. DD having her friend for a sleepover and still in bed.

May run again. I ended up running twice yesterday (3rd time this week), the second one was a short 3mile run with DH and DS. Fun time, throwing snoballs as we ran.

Enjoy your Sat. Kind a like this gray awefully quiet day so far.

5 mile run this morning in the sleet and slush....before it got really bad. Glad I ran this morning because there's no way I'd go out in what we're getting now. Yuck, I'd rather get 6 feet of snow that the garbage that's currently falling.
