Wakey wakey!<br><br>
Yesterday was a SRD. Me and DS went to Bass Pro Shops to pick up supplies to help protect <b>Hawk's</b> tomatoes from those evil deer.<br><br>
This morning I will be headed to Shelby Farms for an easy 10 miler. 4 on the road, then 6 on the trail. Gonna be another hot one today. 100* Forecast is looking a tad better by the end of next week though.

<p>Well, my plan to run to CF, do CF and run home didn't pan out too well.  Some heavy rain did not stop until it was too late so I had to drive.  That means it'll be an easy run with DD screaming in the BOB a bit later.  DW said CF was all arms (she goes on Friday)... she did not mention the endless back squats... oh boy.</p>

<p><strong>BBS</strong> - Enjoy the mix it up 10 spot.  You'll need a very long barreled rifle to got Hawk's deer.  Or are you planning a covert mission with a  bow? </p>

<p>4 hours on the trails for me this morning. Tough stuff with all those hills, the last two miles were much slower for me but I'm glad it's done. Heading out to take my 7yo rock climbing in a bit.</p>

<p>Good morning!  A very muggy 6 miles this morning, and then a plyometrics workout.  Going to a concert tonight*, and I have a logn run starting at 6 am tomorrow, so I am going to be sleepy.</p>

<p>*The Decemberists at the hsitoric Ryman Auditorium.  Should be fun.</p>

<p><strong>Jill</strong> - Nice job on the trails.  Anyone would think you live in the woods ;)  Note that CF = crossfit not cluster *&%$.  DW got us Groupons to a bootcamp class...  It's something different.  Turns out the guy running it is a friend of a friend.  Small world. </p>
<p><strong>Jebba</strong> - nice running and jumping.  I'm sleeping in tomorrow as my group long run is at 6:15am.</p>

<p><strong>Hawk</strong>, how do you like the crossfit? I have been thinking of joining one of the crossfit gyms here.</p>
