15 miles, with miles 9-12 at marathon pace. The run felt great today, especially after the 5th mile I was really feeling some good running mojo.

As I am officially boycotting the HHH weather, I opted for the treadmill. I'll take a bit of boredom over sheer misery. OK, fine, I'm a wuss when it comes to heat.

7 miles. 90+ degrees and humid. Blecccccccch! The only good thing about it was running by a CVS to pick up an anniversary card - 22 years today.

Good luck with your 20 tomorrow, Jen!

In the 90s. Ended up walking most of it. An hour and 20 minutes total.

Out of town this weekend, and went for an early evening run. Had planned around 40 minutes, approx 5 miles, but followed the road, and it turned out to be a 32:42 run, a tad over 4 miles I reckon. Will try a longer one tomorrow, as I saw another road which will hopefully loop around the other end of town.

Weather was very pleasant this evening, probably around 63/65, and a joy to be alive.

Plan today was 5 mile recovery run.

The heart rate was much higher than it should be for a recovery run, but it was hot.

Did this in my trail shoes, since 3.4 miles of it is on pavement, and I wanted to get the feel of trail shoes on pavement before the Equinox.

Run Segments
