12.5 miles done pregressivley on the TM (wanted 18+). I might try a few easy miles this evening.

off to lick my wounds.
Finished my 20 for the day. That makes 39 for the week and marks the end of my heavy training schedule. Got a marathon in 3 weeks and the taper begins next Saturday with a leisurely 9 miler.
Not the best run for me either. After taking almost 6 weeks off this is week 2 of 7 of my Boston training, so I do not have time to safely ramp up mileage. Last weeks longest run 12.

Today I struggled through and prevailed to 22 miles in just a tad under 3 hours.

tomorrow is a make your IT band feell better recovery day
